I run creative leadership training workshops within business and the third sector. These workshops use creativity techniques to bring about both personal and organisational change and to enable individuals to maximise their strengths and contributions.
Creativity is not just about artistic expression but is evident in all areas of business and decision making.

As well as group workshops and contributing sessions on leadership development programmes I offer individual workshops and coaching in creativity combining a mixture of stillness, movement, play and reflection that encourage self-development to help everyone to free their creativity. The outcomes are again a recognition of strengths and an energetic and positive set of actions to bring their gifts into their lives – at work and personally
