Kalya is a range of top quality aromatherapy products that I make myself to help you and your family get well and stay well. Skin soothe and Joint Soothe are my best sellers!

I also offer deep yet relaxing aromatherapy massages as well as deep tissue massages that work into all those sore, stressed muscles and I make bespoke blends for your specific needs. I offer Hot Stones massage for a supplement of £10.

In addition, I qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 2009 after 12 years of Iyengar yoga practice and I teach 8 classes per week. I cannot recommend it highly enough to bring flexibility into your life, to help you to focus and to help with all kinds of issues such as back pain, sore knees etc. Do contact me if you are interested!
