How to use Zoom (and other similar platforms) to diversify in business and to deliver products and services differently.

So much has changed in business this year. Many of us have had rules forced on us that prevent us from delivering our products and services in the same way. For businesses relying on face to face contact with customers, it has been very tricky.

But clever business owners need to look at where the opportunities lieThey are reinventing, trying new approaches and embracing new ways of working. With so many free tools available online to connect with customers virtually, all you need is some inspiration, someone to 'have your back’ (or hold your hand!)  and you can be back out there, engaging, promoting and selling. This workshop will get you up and running!

This workshop will explore:

- what customers want and need from us and how ‘virtual’ delivery can help

- what you can do for FREE on Zoom (and other platforms)

- how to exploit free meeting/broadcasting software to keep in touch with your customers and/or promote your business

- opportunities to ‘deliver differently’

- the do’s and don’ts of facilitating online sessions

Miranda Jenkins of Skills to Go is a business trainer and professional coach. When Lockdown came her diary was immediately emptied and six months of work disappeared in an instant. With no possibility of any face to face training or coaching being possible, Miranda had to reinvent the way her business delivered its services. After six weeks of learning and experimenting, the diary started to fill again. As a direct result of new skills learnt this year Miranda secured new contracts and now employs one full time member of staff. Miranda believes that when one door closes, another one opens...

This is a two and a half hour session with a short break.
