February's meeting is earlier in the month than usual because of half-term. Many of our members are working mums and we adapt our schedule to accommodate their family commitments.
The morning looks like this:
9.00 am Doors open for registration and refreshments
9.30 Welcome and round-the-room introductions: TEN SECONDS EACH!
9.40 Notices, announcements & news
9.45 "Shout about your business!" 3 lucky members take 5 minutes each to tell us whe we should all be doing business with them!
10.00 Networking
11.00 Back to work
As we regularly have over 35 women in the room, we have to be pretty ruthless on the TEN SECONDS EACH rule! Why not practise sharpening up your elevator pitch to explain succinctly just what it is you do and make the most of your ten second introduction.
